How is the commission calculated?
On a 1,000 MAD Airbnb booking, the platform retains ~155 MAD. The owner receives ~845 MAD. Logelux's commission applies to that net payout — not the face rate. This makes our fees more competitive than they first appear compared to services that calculate on the gross booking price.
All plans have no minimum contract period. Percentages apply to the net Airbnb/OTA payout (after platform fees). Cleaning is billed at actual cost. Repairs above 500 MAD require your prior approval.

Are there any setup or signing fees?
No. No setup fees, no deposit. Our only compensation is the monthly commission on your revenue.
How does my revenue payout work?
Airbnb pays your revenue directly to your bank account. We then issue a monthly invoice for our commission, which you pay by bank transfer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time with one month's notice. You can upgrade to Confort or Prestige — or step down — as your needs evolve.
What exactly does maintenance coordination cover in Confort and Prestige?
We handle the logistics (identifying the issue, contacting the technician, follow-up). Labour and parts are at your cost, billed at actual price with a quote required above 500 MAD.
Is there a discount for multiple properties?
Yes. From 2 properties managed by Logelux, we apply a 1% reduction per additional property (down to a floor of 13% on Essentiel and 18% on Confort). Contact us for a multi-property quote.
