You contact us via the form or WhatsApp. We schedule a 30-minute call to assess your property, understand your goals, and present a free estimate of your potential revenue. If you're convinced, we sign a simple management contract and onboarding starts within 48–72 hours.
No. Our contracts have no imposed minimum duration. You can end the collaboration at any time with one month's notice. We prefer to earn your trust every month rather than lock you into a commitment.
Absolutely. You can block dates of your choice in the calendar at any time, outside of already confirmed bookings. Your property remains yours — we manage it, we don't own it.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn't suit you, we discuss it directly and adjust. If you wish to end the collaboration, you can do so with one month's notice, no penalties.
Revenue & payments
Airbnb and other platforms pay your revenue directly to your bank account on their usual schedule. At end of month, Logelux issues an invoice for our commission, which you pay by bank transfer.
Each month you receive a detailed report including: number of nights booked, occupancy rate, revenue generated, average guest rating, and a comparison with the previous month. You stay informed without being involved.
No fixed fees or subscriptions. The only possible additional costs are repairs and consumable purchases, billed at actual cost and always with your prior approval above an agreed threshold.
Operational management
In the event of a breakdown or issue, we intervene directly and coordinate the repair with our trusted technician network. You are notified by message with a summary of the situation and the solution provided.
We work with a professional cleaning team trained to our standards. Every turnover follows a precise checklist. In Confort and Prestige plans, a post-cleaning photo report is sent for every stay.
Yes, in the Confort and Prestige plans. We manage the completion of police registration forms for every guest, in compliance with Moroccan regulations.
We combine several levers: a listing optimized for Airbnb search ranking, daily dynamic pricing, and maximum responsiveness to booking requests.
Legal & tax matters
Yes, provided you comply with certain formalities: business registration, co-ownership rules, and tourist tax collection. We guide you through the steps based on your situation.
Short-term rental income is taxable in Morocco. We provide you each month with a precise summary of your revenue and our commission to facilitate your declaration.
